Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can order as a guest without creating an account.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship across Europe.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free regardless of the order total.

What if I’m not home during delivery?

Royal Mail will leave a delivery notice. Your parcel may be sent to a nearby pick-up point or delivered to your mailbox when possible.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days. For personalised items, it may take up to 20 business days.

Which delivery service do you use?

We primarily use Royal Mail for deliveries in the UK. In some cases, another courier may be used.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

My package hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived after 12 business days, please contact us at contact@spinevita.com.

Are returns free?

Returns are free for exchanges or store credit. A £5.90 return fee applies for refunds. Promotional items are non-refundable.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are made to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 10 business days of receiving the return. No bank transfers.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Personalised items cannot be returned.
